Megapharm has developed its own compliance system, which helps both the company and its employees follow the established rules of procedures, and, as such, the implementation of the country’s legal framework throughout its operations.

Internal Rules of Procedures are, therefore, prepared on a case-by-case basis, and are shared with all employees who have to follow them accordingly. All staff are informed of and trained about any changes that may occur in a timely fashion.
